Some time back, my CPAP mask broke. It was the third or fourth mask to break within the past four or five months. So, instead of getting a new one, I did some makeshift repairs and dealt with it. It worked suitably well for the most part until about two weeks ago. Then, the quality of my sleep started to deteriorate. I was still getting some sleep, but not like I should have been. I was still functional, though, so there were no complaints.

Then, last week my CPAP hose shit the bed. It got hung on something sharp and ripped so badly that the plastic ribbing on the inside of the hose unwound like a stretched out Slinky_­^®. I didn’t sleep for over a week. I was an irritable asshole at work, hanging out with friends, and just in general. I even began falling asleep at my desk again, and nodding off in the car.

Fast forward to yesterday. I arrived home to find a brand new tube and mask in the mail! I love 1st Class Medical Supply! I was asleep by 1945 and woke up at 0430 wide awake. I feel incredible! It’s amazing how a good night’s sleep can make you feel like a brand new person. I’m off to work, and plan on having a  pretty good day.
